Shortbread

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ⅔ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon fine salt
  • 2 sticks/1 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into 1-inch chunks

Mix ingredients together in a food processor or in a bowl with a fork, make the dough crumbly

Press into a square baking dish, bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes
